About this product

Dentoflow

End-to-end SaaS platform development including architecture, web application, LMS and commercial website.

Challenge

Dentoflow needed a production-ready SaaS product that could support course delivery, client acquisition and internal operations from a single digital foundation.

Solution delivered

We contributed to the platform architecture, web application, learning experience and commercial website so the product could launch with a coherent technical base.

Capabilities and deliverables

  • SaaS architecture
  • Web application
  • Learning platform
  • Commercial website
  • AI-enabled features

Starting point

Dentoflow is an internal product built to make professional dental education accessible through one experience, from discovery and purchase to course access and the operations that support it.

Constraints to respect

  • The commercial site, paid access, learning experience and internal operations had to remain coherent for the same customer.
  • The product needed to evolve in phases without creating a separate system for each new training offer or operational need.
  • The team had to keep the first useful journeys clear while leaving room for future modules.

Product and architecture decisions

Use one shared product foundation
Rather than treating acquisition, learning and operations as disconnected properties, the product was organized around a common foundation so the customer journey and the team’s work could stay aligned.
Prioritize complete journeys over isolated features
The work connected discovery, paid access and learning in a sequence a customer can complete, then gave the team the tools needed to support that sequence.
Keep the architecture ready for the next decision
The platform structure supports new modules and product changes without assuming every future capability belongs in the first release.

How the product evolved

  • The product has grown through linked phases: commercial discovery, paid access, learning delivery and the operations required to support them.
  • Each new need is evaluated against the existing customer journey before it becomes a new module or workflow.

Outcomes and impact

  • Unified SaaS product, LMS and marketing experience
  • Scalable application structure for future modules
  • Clearer product path from discovery to paid usage

What this work clarified

  • A learning product becomes harder to operate when acquisition, access and delivery are designed as separate systems.
  • A narrower, complete journey gives a product a better base for evolution than a broad collection of disconnected features.
